Paul holds BA and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town (Dean’s Merit List) and a certificate in Advanced Company Law II from the University of the Witwatersrand. Paul is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Paul specialises in corporate, commercial and competition law and has extensive experience in company law, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring including servicing multinational clients in cross border transactions, competition complaint proceedings, corporate governance, commercial litigation and administrative law.

Kiasha holds a LLB degree from Stellenbosch University. She has an interest in Intellectual Property law and is using her time as a Candidate Attorney to learn as much about this area of the law as possible. Kiasha is also passionate about legal research. She enjoys reading up on recent developments in human rights law and Artificial Intelligence. During her time at university Kiasha was a member of the Accountability Committee of Student Parliament, the Maties Fencing Club, and the Stellenbosch University Art Law Clinic.
Luke Mpungose

Luke holds an LLB degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal and has a special interest in Commercial and Intellectual Property law. During his time at the University, Luke was the head of Activism and Outreach in the UKZN debating union and an introduction to law tutor as part of his Teaching Legal Skills year-long course. Outside his professional life, Luke enjoys reading non-fiction books, spending time with his siblings, and networking.
Shannon Firman

Shannon holds a BA (Social Dynamics) and Post-Graduate LLB from Stellenbosch University. She is currently serving as a Candidate Attorney where she is pursuing her interests in Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property law. During her time at university, Shannon was a part of several committees including the Student Law and Social Justice, Maties Promoting Animal Welfare, Hillsong and Maties squash league. Shannon completed her final semester of her LLB as a representative of Stellenbosch Law Faculty on an exchange program in Bern, Switzerland.
